Working Together
The following five steps outline the various stages of engagement
between Sales Resource Group (SRG) and its clients:
Step #1: Let's talk about your sales challenges
During this exploratory meeting, we will discuss in depth
the sales challenges you face. Our sales experience and assessment
model using specific Key Performance Indicators in 4 areas
will guide us through this conversation. At the end of this
meeting, we both agree whether it makes business sense to
proceed further.
Step #2: We present potential solutions
Within a short time after the exploratory meeting, you will
receive a solution document discussing and outlining how we
plan on solving your sales challenges. Usually we recommend
a phased approach with defined milestones and key performance
indicators for every phase to measure progress and success.
Step #3: We agree upon project scope and milestones
After reviewing and discussing the solution document, you
confirm the services you wish to obtain and we agree upon
the "rules of engagement." Together, we will agree upon:

Step #4: Implementation
Upon acceptance, SRG will begin and complete the project
as agreed. Typically, the implementation involves considerable
interaction and communication between all of us throughout
its duration.
Step #5: Lifetime Support
After the implementation, we together determine the success
and go-forward approach. We consider a client as a client
for life. Our goal is to develop a relationship that creates
long-term and lasting success.
